We are making a dedicated move into the superyacht segment and therefore looking for a Sales Manager for our service and sales facilities in Palma de Mallorca, Spain.
We are looking for a candidate with the following profile:
· A professional sailor, sailmaker, rigger or similar candidate with the needed know-how.
· The candidate should already have an extensive network in the superyacht business
* Proven track record in international sales
* Self motivated and enthusiastic
* Excellent communicator and confident negotiator
* Effective at influencing decision makers at all levels
The position will include responsibilities like:
· Establishing sales strategies
* Analysing opportunities and selecting specific targets for success
· Key account management
* Preparing and presenting proposals
* Achieving target revenue growth
* Project management
Salary will be a combination of a set monthly payment with extra commission according to sales results.
